The first step in the coaching journey with me is a free 45 minute discovery session. This will be a zoom chat to find out what you are looking for from coaching and what the coaching process involves. Through this session we will be able to determine if I am a good fit to support you in your journey.
If you feel I am the right coach for you, you will be able to book your first coaching session with me, if not that’s not a problem.
One to one sessions are priced at £50 an hour or £45 an hour if you book four sessions in advance.
I understand that things can crop up unexpectedly so sessions can be cancelled or rearranged with 24 hours notice.
