I take your privacy very seriously and store your data securely within the requirements of GDPR. The personal information I process is  contact details (email address, postal address, phone number) provided to me directly by you to enable me to contact you regarding appointments and respond to any enquiries.

I will only retain data for the length of time I am required to by law. The data I hold will be stored safely according to legal requirements.

It is important the data I hold about you is current so please let me know if you change your contact details during the time we are working together.

I do not and will not share your information with any third parties unless there is a risk of harm or I am required to do so by law.
